Bulk Bags of MOT Type 1 ✅️

MOT Type 1 or Type 1 MOT is an extremely popular type of sub-base used for roads, driveways, car parks, footpaths, building sub base, patios, hard standings and so much more. Type 1 consists of limestone, gritstone, basalt and granite which is crushed to around 40mm and down to dust to create small particles which are easy to compact.

On another note, when booking a delivery if you do need extra empty bulk bags please do ask.

Our Bulk bags are a "one time use only" due to the weight that they carry (850kg) so we can never reuse a returned bulk bag for any of our Aggregates.

We do take Bulk bags back if we are returning with further deliveries, so, sometimes we do have Bulk Bags laying about so if you do need any extra please do let us know and we can supply these to you when booking an order FREE OF CHARGE.

If you would like NEW empty bulk bags we can sell these to you for £5.00 a bulk bag.

So please do let us know upon ordering 🙏

They are such a handy thing to have in the garden shed, such great use, especially if your doing tip runs.

Happy Glorious Friday 🎉

What a week it has been 😲😲

We have been all over the place this week (well Alex has😂) from chaotic Haywards Heath to Isaacs Lane taking nearly an hour and a half to get too 🙄 unfortunately, a big lorry doesn't have stop/start with these fuel prices 😂🤣😩

All around the back roads of Burgess Hill, with Leylands road, fun and games 😂..... East Grinstead, Rye, Pulborough, Horsham, Crawley, Felbridge, been mega, mega jam packed.

But, we would like to show our huge gratitudes of ordering through us, we will always, ALWAYS be appreciative that you are supporting a small business, ALWAYS!!!
