We supply to all UK and Abroad, - to, - Seagoing Ships, Canal Craft, Cabins, Fishing Trawlers, Cottages, Campervans, etc.
(Our History) - We fitted our first Refleks heater to one of our family commercial fishing trawlers in 1975 - That's almost 50 years ago.
Regardless of the Foul weather that deep sea trawlers experienced - Refleks kept the accomodation Warm and Dry.
Advantages of Refleks, - "Not difficult to Install" - "No electricity required" - "Silent operation" - possibly the "Biggest selling marine heater World-Wide ??"
As a 'Guide' to help you select the heater and the max rating, they start with the "66" range (1.6KW), then the "62" range from (2.4KW), then the "2000" (4.2KW), next is "60" (5.8KW), and then the very large "67" (7.2KW).
It is obvious that an insulated area needs less than a non-insulated, but also consider the climate you may operate in.
Example - we have sold REFLEKS systems "World Wide" - including the SOUTH POLE. We have supplied 'many' installations to the "British Antarctic Survey teams" where the temperature outside their huts could be as low as 'Minus 50'C
(An irrelevant note - The coldest temperature ever recorded on Earth was at the Antarctic - Minus 89.2 Cent - so we have nothing to complain about)
If you consider the 'Volume' you need to heat - a 'small' area of 3mtr x 2.5mtr x 2mtr High (= 15 Cubic Meters) then the "66" range may be quite sufficient.
To help you decide - we offer the following purely as an "Approximate" "Guide only"
Group A) For a Volume of approximately '14 to 20' Cubic Meters, (70 mm Bore exhaust) look at the range "66" "70" "71" (1.6 KW)
Group B) For a Volume of approximately '20 to 35' Cubic Meters, (90 mm Bore exhaust) look at the range "62" (2.4 KW)
Group C) For a Volume of approximately '40 to 70' Cubic Meters, (90 mm Bore exhaust) look at the range "2000" (4.2 KW)
Group D) For a Volume of approximately '50 to 80' Cubic Meters, (90 mm Bore exhaust) look at the range "60" "61" "64" (5.8 KW)
Group E) For a Volume of approximately '60 to 100' Cubic Meters, (Large 114 mm Bore exhaust) look at the range "67" (7.2 KW)
Heater Body shells are standard "Stainless steel", - but could also be a "Brass" or "Copper" shell.
Some of the range can have a built in 'Water chambers' - to serve Radiators - etc.
Some can also have a flame viewing window. The 2000K / 2000KV always has this as a standard. -

WARRANTY - 2 year Manufacturers warranty, NOTE,-
The Refleks can be left running continuously, in 2 years that could be over 17,000 hrs. The other type 'Electric Forced Air Blower type heaters' - you may find that their warranty is only up to 2,000 hours. "How many times ?? would you need to replace the blower pump in 17,000 hours of use of those type of heaters.
