# # # SOLD # # # Roofing sheets – unused surplus – Yorkshire

Got a mixed lot of unused roofing sheets left over from a job. They’ve never been fitted, but have been stored so there are some marks/dirt, and a handful have minor damage which I’ve photographed and described below.

Corrugated

* 3 × 112cm × 142cm

Box profile

* 1 × 109cm × 136cm – dark grey
* 3 × 109cm × 150cm – light grey
* 1 × 109cm × 203cm
* 1 × 109cm × 229cm
* 6 × 109cm × 245cm – 3 have some damage to a corner
* 1 × 106cm × 180cm
* 1 × approx. 100cm × 360cm – one long side edge is bent/damaged, clearly shown in the photos

17 sheets in total.

FLASHING
* 7 x green 13cmx13 3m Long
* 12 x grey 20cmx10cm 2m Long

These are unused surplus rather than reclaimed, but I’m not pretending they’re all immaculate — please look at the photos properly, particularly the damaged corners and the edge of the 3.6m sheet.

Plenty of good usable roofing here for a shed, workshop, garage, barn, animal shelter, lean-to etc

Collection from Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Would prefer to sell as one lot, although I’d consider splitting if someone wants a decent quantity.

£200 for the lot

No “£50 cash today mate” because I’ll just use them to build myself a roof to hide under instead. 😂

Price

£2,100 ONO

Description

8 LARGE RECLAIMED TIMBER BEAMS – JOB LOT OR INDIVIDUALLY

Proper substantial old reclaimed timbers with loads of character. Ideal for barn conversions, feature beams, restoration projects, architectural salvage, landscaping, furniture or other reclaimed timber projects.

Sizes approximately:
7 x 15–16ft long
1 x 19ft 1in long
Approx 11” wide x 4” thick

Believed to be Douglas Fir / similar quality softwood, although the species has not been professionally verified, so please make your own assessment from the photos.

These are genuinely reclaimed timbers, so expect weathering, splits/checking, old fixing/nail holes and marks from previous use. Freshly cut areas show lovely tight growth rings and grain.

£2,100 for all 8 – sensible offers welcome.

May split at approximately:
£275 each – 15–16ft beams
£375 – 19ft 1in beam

📍 Collection only
🏗️ Forklift on site – we can load them for you.

Buyer will need suitable transport due to the lengths.

Not structurally graded. Any buyer intending to use them structurally should have them appropriately assessed/graded first.

These guys absolutely smashed this! In extreme heat too. They also do PR Kitchens and Bedrooms too and we can’t recommend them highly enough. All kitchens are imported from Ireland so the middle man is nowhere to be seen and you save ££££
