🚨 BRAND NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH! 🚨

We're proud to introduce the latest addition to the JLC Group range: our Wheelchair Lifter, designed to improve accessibility, safety, and efficiency for airport ground operations, moving wheelchairs safety from ground to Aircraft.

What makes this project particularly special is that it was developed in partnership with British Airways, ensuring the final product was shaped by real operational requirements and the people who use it every day.

At JLC, we're passionate about working closely with our customers throughout the design and development process. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. When downtime isn't an option, speed and expertise matter!

This week, one of our long-standing clients contacted us with an urgent issue involving an ITW GSE Power Coil unit that had suffered significant damage. The equipment plays a critical role in operations at a major UK airport, making a rapid turnaround essential.

From the moment the unit arrived at our workshop, our team sprang into action. We assessed the damage, sourced the required components, carried out the repairs, completed testing, and prepared the unit for dispatch.

✅ Repaired and fully operational within 24 hours of delivery to JLC
✅ Reinstalled, tested and returned to full operational service the same evening
✅ Critical airport operations protected from extended downtime

This was a true team effort. Working closely with our customer and all parties involved, the unit was repaired, reinstalled, tested and back in service last night, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations.

The customer commented:

Thanks to the excellent teamwork, collaboration and commitment across all parties, the unit was repaired, reinstalled, tested and returned to full operational service last night. Our team is deep into preparations for GSE Expo Europe 2026, and we’re excited to bring a selection of our specialist ground support equipment to Lisbon.
