A couple of cheese boards with a dash of resin to really make them pop! Red & roe antler handled cheese knives held in place on the board by another piece of antler 🦌 food grade resin and treated with food safe oil 🧀 🍇 🍷

Sgian Dubh season! We have been busy wee bees making up some antler sgian dubhs recently and preparing for upcoming winter markets! We have also been very busy with our actual job so it’s been a bit manic - more crafts to come🫣 Our first market will be on the 31st of October at the The Peebles Makers Market in the Drill hall 🎃 come see us for a blether and a lovely day out 🦌

Another couple of walking sticks made up with matching red deer antlers fixed onto some sweet chestnut shanks, little spaniel & lab pins on the rosettes to make them stand out 🦌⛰️

Productive Fridays!
- Hazel & sweet chestnut walking sticks with fallow antler tops & a lovely little spaniel badge to top them off. Finished with linseed oil and then varnished ✨
- 2 red antler sgian dubhs with a buffalo & cow horn cap on the ends, little experiment with a badge on the buffalo cap 🐃 also finished with linseed oil and come with handmade leather sheaths 🦌

If you’re heading along to the GWCT Scottish Game Fair this weekend up at Scone be sure to stop by the Lammermuir Stick Dressing Society stall. Not only will you see traditionally handcrafted sticks & crooks but you can also join as a member to make your own and learn the craft. I met this great bunch of people a couple of years ago at the Gamefair and have been a member ever since, learned show much and all new members would be made fully welcome with cups of tea & cake 🤩 Give their new page a like a follow! 🦌🐃 🪵 🐏

We are back! After a very busy spring we are slowly getting back into our wee workshop and today we decided to take a wonder into Haddington show. Lots of wonderful craftsmanship and we even managed to come away with a third place certificate!
Harvest time will be sneaking around the corner soon too so here are some of the things we’ve been upto over the last couple of weeks 🦌
