Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020

We are now certified and on the NICEIC Registered Competent Person Register to undertake Inspection Reports for the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulation 2020. From the 1st of July 2020 all new specified tenancies will require an electrical safety check to be in place. From the 1st of April 2021 all existing specified tenancies will have to have an electrical safety check in place.
