As a family run business, itâs easy to blur the lines between work and everything else. The conversations rarely stop at 5pm, so the responsibility feels very personal. But, the wins mean so much more and so do the challenges!

A team day out isnât just a break from the print rooms, itâs a reset. Itâs a chance to step back from the day to day pressures and reconnect, not just as business partners, but as the family behind the business.
Family businesses are built on more than strategy and targets. Theyâre built on trust, loyalty, shared values, and having each otherâs backs when it counts. But even the strongest families need time to pause, reflect, and appreciate how far theyâve come and what better way to do than our second favourite thing, sliding round a go karting track! And we got to take our little helper with us too! (Donât worry, 3D printing will always be our favourite!)
