We're excited to share our latest achievement at Jubilee Green, Coventry. Our team has successfully completed the Section 278 works for Bellway Homes, ensuring the project was granted maintenance by the Local Authority.

Project Highlights:
- Installation of new highway drainage
- Creation of new pedestrian crossing points
- Implementation of new kerbs and footways
- Complete resurfacing of the carriageway

Working within the only access and egress point to the new development, and managing busy vehicular and pedestrian traffic, our team delivered the project on time within the 5-week allocated road space window.

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of the Section 278 works at Derwenthorpe (Junction 1). This project, undertaken on behalf of Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF), marks a significant milestone in progressing the scheme onto maintenance with the City of York Council.

Key Features of the Project:
- Concrete carriageway reconstruction
- New highway drainage
- New pedestrian crossing points
- New kerbs and footways throughout
- Resurfaced carriageway

Despite the poor condition of the existing concrete carriageway and the busy vehicular and pedestrian traffic, our team successfully completed the project within the planned 4-week timeframe and with no extras charged to the client.
