Another project ready to leave the workshop soon — a water weigh hopper completed from start to finish by the team.

From the initial design and FEA analysis through to laser cutting, fabrication, load testing, and final galvanising, it’s been great to see the full process come together successfully. The hopper is now complete and ready for installation on site.

A big credit to everyone involved throughout the project — not only for their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality result, but also for their willingness to understand every stage of the process, from design and testing through to final delivery.

Had a fantastic time attending the TOC event in Hamburg, Germany last week. It was a great opportunity not only to connect and network with new customers across the industry, but also to finally meet in person with some of the incredible teams that SPS has collaborated closely with over the years.

Building strong relationships is such an important part of what makes this industry successful, and it was rewarding to spend time with partners, customers, and colleagues who continue to drive innovation and collaboration forward. Events like TOC really highlight the value of face-to-face conversations, sharing ideas, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
