A huge welcome to the Volvo family Rainthorpe Transport.

Rainthorpe Transport have recently taken delivery of 2 of the first brand new Volvo trucks to join the fleet supplied by Adam North.

These 2 units are packed with a host of extras including; Drive ++, sleep & resting package, and media information platform with navigation package. In addition, they feature the distinctive paint finish and livery that is widely recognised across Europe with a family history dating back well into late 50’s.

Rainthorpe Transport Ltd was set up in 1958 by Ken Rainthorpe, with his son Richard Rainthorpe joining the company in 1982, after passing his HGV licence via the Young Driver Scheme. With the CPC Transport Managers examination under his belt, Richard has since expanded the business from just one lorry to the current fleet of vehicles on the road today.

With more new trucks on order we would like to once again thank Richard and Paula for their valued business.
