The line hone might make for a satisfying video, but this is the part that tells us whether the main bearing tunnel is where it needs to be. Measure, machine, check—and only call it finished when the numbers are right.

The whole nine yards for this Jaguar E-Type cylinder head. 🐆🔧

New modified valve guides, light porting, new valve seats, machined lifter bores and all the faces machined. There’s a lot of work behind the finished head you see in this video.

A small repair that needs to be spot on. 🔧🇮🇹

We’re machining the threads back into the water temperature sensor location on a Ferrari 308 QV cylinder block. The sensor needs to fit correctly and seal properly, so this is one of those jobs where careful setup makes all the difference.

We’re honing the main bearing tunnel to bring the bores into alignment and size before the engine goes back together. It’s the kind of machining you won’t see once it’s built, but getting it right matters.
