This full-time position is based in Gloucester, occasionally it may be necessary to visit key or focus customers, there will be an element of foreign travel to attend overseas training courses.

The role involves working in a busy environment answering incoming phone and email enquiries from our existing and potentially new customers. The successful candidate will use their experience and knowledge to identify and provide technical solutions for our customers in a professional and positive manner. (Specific product training will be provided.)

Key Responsibilities

Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
Developing new business opportunities by working closely with our field based technical sales team.
Work closely with supplier chain technical departments.
Recognise opportunities to add value to every sales enquiry by asking questions about applications or systems.
Develop a strong knowledge of the wider group offering and always look for opportunities.
Establish a positive and beneficial relationship with your colleagues.

We have a new job vacancy at GroupHES, duties to include warehouse picking,packing and stock control and also hydraulic hose making. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, fit with basic computer skills.
