Well happy new year folks 10 weeks late 😂
I hope you’re all keeping well
We’ve been really busy, tons of Svendborg calipers refurbished from the end of December through January for the wind turbine market
along with lots of marine winch relining and the supply of our woven AF winch materials for the marine market
Lots of interesting reline jobs, an old Cat D2 gear cut clutch disc manufactured, we’ve relined a 1938 Albion Clutch unit, multi disc reline for an old lathe, relined shoes for a crane on an old service train
Relined vintage bus brake shoes
Relined Tug shoes, Relined shoes for a rail application and a couple of relined sintered paddle clutch plates
Time for a cuppa 😂

Well that’s been a busy 2 months, been a blur and next thing we’ll be relining sleigh brakes for the old fella 🎅🏻
Refurbished another 4 x Svendborg BSFI3051 calipers for the wind turbine market, tons of other brake relining work for agricultural customers, and heavy engineering clients from all industries

Well August and the last 2 weeks have been a blur
We’ve refurbished Svendborg wind Turbine Calipers galore
4 x refurbished Svendborg BSAK 300 calipers
6 x refurbished Svendborg BSFH 330 Calipers
2 x refurbished Svendborg BSFI3051 calipers
3 x refurbished Svendborg BSFI 332 calipers
Must be 3000 kg of metal recirculating in the wind turbine market 💪
As well as a set of Large Marine winch Clutch bands and the second batch of Large Marine winch brake Bands
Another 2000KG of metal recirculating
Tons of other smaller relines along with a set of pads for one of Scotlands Ski lifts

July continued to be a very busy month
Relining 4 off 3.5M long winch bands recirculating another 1000kg plus of metal back into use
Suppling a batch of 100 plus Yaw brake pads for the wind turbine market
Tons of other vintage car, agricultural and crane brakes in between
Let’s see what August brings, well done boys, keep up the great work 💪
