We believe that we are the largest and technically strongest M&E practice in Scotland and one of the larger Specialist Independent M&E practices in the UK. An owner-managed Company in which the shareholding is currently owned by the Directors and Key Associates, part of our ongoing development will be spread to encompass other members of staff giving more people a stake in the future ownership of

the Practice. We have operated with formalised Quality Assurance procedures since 1986 and our Standards and Guidelines have been assessed and approved by BM Trada Ltd to ISO 9001:2015. Our primary aim is to always provide a high quality professional service in support of all our Clients and Professional Colleagues. By this means we strive to build and maintain strong informal partnering relationships from which we will receive repeat opportunities to be of service. To support our continued development and to serve the ever changing needs of the market place, we have developed specialist support groups within Hulley & Kirkwood, these comprise Hulley Services Facilities Management; Hulley Specialist Gas Services; Hulley ECO.
