JetX Engineering JetX is a non-profit education organisation established in 2014 to provide a richer aerospace education experience and more!

JetX Engineering is a club for Glasgow University jet engine enthusiasts. We're a team currently designing a medium-sized, operating turbofan engine with plans to 3D print the prototype and further work on the operational details of a fully functioning model. Established in September 2014, we are rapidly expanding and always welcome new members. New recruits will be given the opportunity to join a

sub-team, specialising in a specific area of the project. Within the project, students will have the opportunity to apply their existing knowledge on CAD and mechanics, as well as designing for manufacture and subsequent assembly of the prototype. The club also poses as a great opportunity for students to get involved with extracurricular activities, meet new friends and gain useful experience that could be beneficial for their future career.
