✅ A full two bedroom flat refurb ticked off the list this week in Falkirk.

👷🏻‍♀️ Full clean and clear, brand new kitchen, new bathroom, fresh decor, new flooring, silicone, compliance and maintenance all turned around in just two short weeks.

A full property refurb right next to Stirling Castle 🏰👷🏼‍♀️

This flat was half finished by another contractor and the works weren't going to plan. The basement had various damp issues that were present throughout the property and there was a lot of refurbishment works to be carried out.

We rebuilt the whole basement by fixing the damp issues in the basement, fitted full new fub floors, fitted a brand new en suite in the basement, new kitchen/living room open plan space upstairs, property was fully decorated, maintenance and electrics, flooring and silicone throughout.

This property is now in an excellent condition and is ready for someone to move in ✅

A bathroom turned around within a couple of days for a client this week 🛁🫧👷🏻‍♂️

Damp issues throughout the whole property that were being caused by the previous bathroom, replaced the full sub floor, walls and pipework. Sink has been relocated to create more space and allow the tenants to use the bath better. Costs kept down as well ✅

Need to convert a one bedroom flat into a two bedroom flat? No problem for GHI ✅

👷🏻‍♀️ When this landlord needed to create extra space in this property as well as a full refresh we knew exactly what to do. Property was fully ripped out, cleared and cleaned. The full kitchen was relocated to create a lovely open plan kitchen/living space, previous kitchen renovated into a second bedroom, brand new bathroom, fresh decor, new flooring, new silicone throughout, and compliance and maintenance all carried out.

RENOVATION BEFORE AND AFTER 😍✨

✅ The first of five refurbs we have due to complete this week.

❌ After a tenant abandoned the property and left it in a pretty bad condition we knew we had a task on our hands with this one.

👷🏻‍♀️ Fast forward THREE WEEKS and this one has been fully cleared, deep cleaned, fresh decor, new flooring, compliance and maintenance all attended to.

🏡 What a difference and all ready for the new tenant to move in this month!
