Next level bench testing. Check out our VAV workbench served by a “desktop” Air Handling Unit. We will integrate a Niagara 4 Building Energy Management System with units across a multi-storey two-tower office block campus using the open protocol. We test and pre-commission thoroughly before rolling out across 100s' of units on site.

Below is an example of where budgets do not stretch to a full BMS upgrade we have enhanced the original installation with a new auxiliary panel that monitors a hospitals ventilation system return air CO2 levels, comfort is maintained and energy savings maximised with the integration of VLT variable speed drives replacing the original star delta switch gear.
