Luxin Electrical recently completed a boutique and bespoke flatted development, part of a building over 100 years old.
Alongside trusted partners, the building was brought to modern safety regulations with a full new wiring installation, electric water and space heating, L1 fire alarm, iMist sprinkler system, flats smoke shaft and stair smoke vent system, full WiFi and secure access system.

We disconnected the electrical system from Scotrail Ticket Office.
The boutique build to provide a relaxing space coffee shop with a difference. Licensed, quality food, coffee and soft drinks.

This was a recent EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). We do a lot of these and on a number of occasions, come across this shambles.

Recent project carried out by Luxin Electrical for one of our long term clients on one of their properties.
No secret of our preferred distribution boards offering great electrical protection.
Highly recommend the Schneider Isobar P DB for time saving of installation, especially when all outgoing ways have their own earth, short circuit and overcurrent protection.
Unfortunately the existing sub-main cable had to remain for the time being.
