What’s happening inside your boiler. Called to a non operational boiler. Couple of quick tests reveal the Air pressure switch locked this boiler out. Looked a bit deeper and found soot in the combustion chamber and flue caused by incomplete combustion (carbon monoxide)

Customer is opting for a Worcester 1000 replacement boiler due to the age of this boiler.

Full strip down boiler services are in full swing and all relevant safety checks carried out. This boiler kept intermittently locking out. Weak ignition probe. a Service kit sorted this fault.

Central heating season is here, lots of calls for breakdowns and servicing. This Baxi Potterton pro max needed a fair bit of attention following a routine service. Leaking from anywhere and everywhere 💦

We replaced-
service kit with probes
Three way valve
Inlet assembly
Auto air vents
Replaced Flow,Return and DHW isolation taps as passing
All new O-rings and fibre washers.
