📢 We’re hiring: Head Of - People, Safety & Training

UK Commercial Group is looking for an experienced, driven manager to lead our company training and compliance strategy and support our nationwide operations.

This is a key role with responsibility for delivering training, including BESA, TR-19, HVAC overseeing health and safety across our operations, and helping develop our people and operational standards.

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ Comprehensive HVAC & TR-19 experience
✅ Extensive facilities management experience
✅ A Train the Trainer qualification
✅ A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as NEBOSH
✅ Strong knowledge of BESA TR-19 and compliance systems
✅ Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce development.

Full-time | £40’000 basic plus bonus
