Here we have a very poorly 15hp mariner cylinder head eroded to the point that gasses are escaping into the cooling system, this head is £500 to replace if you can find one let's see if we can fix it

This 115hp Suzuki stopped running and would not restart,the problem was the high pressure fuel pump in the vapour separation tank, the pump had failed and as this was a fuel injection engine with out the pump the engine will not run, unfortunately the VST where the pump is housed is behind the inlet manifold so a lot of the engine had to be striped down to get to it,but it's fixed now and ready to go back in the water

New petrol cleaning set up,with E10 fuel causing so many problems today this machine can filter and polish your fuel removing the ethenol when it has bonded with the water then returning the clean fuel back to your tank on your boat it is fully portable and battery powered.give me a shout if you need a clean

I have upgraded my fuel polishing kit for a higher flow rate, so I am now able to polish heating oil so if you are worried about you heating oil tanks having contamination I can come and give it a clean, just drop me a lmessage or call on 07792778670, I am also still cleaning marine diesel fuel,
