The normally magnificent Shopify platform on which I host my website is unfortunately experiencing a global outage affecting thousands of users. It goes without saying, they are working their socks off to fix this, but in the meantime, visitors to my store will see the following error message.

Sending one of our obelisks as a gift to someone special? We'd be delighted to help make it feel EXTRA special ✨

This one was wrapped and ready to head off as a birthday gift, complete with a handwritten card tied on with ribbon.

A lovely message arrived afterwards from Alison:

"I just wanted to let you know my mum is delighted with her present and card, thank you so much... she’s very much looking forward to installing it in her garden!

We will definitely use your company again... next time for our own garden!"

Guys, be careful on the roads this bank holiday weekend! One minute you’re pootling along, next.. you’re parked up in Glenacres Nursery Ferndown admiring all the fresh stock of plants and photographing bee 🐝 butts in a geum.
