Horse box trailer unit in for some maintenance work. We fitted new brake chambers due to x2 failing, new air tanks as old ones were heavily corroded.

Next step was to repair the ramp due to the metal box section failing and causing the ramp to bend. Old piece cut out and new box section welded in. We then put extra box section to brace the ramp to make it stronger. Next we fitted new phenolic board and rubber matting.

Ford Focus ST 2.0 diesel for a replacement canbelt and water pump replacement. On removal, we found the belt to be perishing. INA timing belt kit used.
