Due to our low overheads we can compete with ANY firm on ANY like for like product. We pride ourselves on our friendly service, so expect a warm and efficient welcome. We want you to receive an excellent service but we also want you to enjoy your time at WEBB's. Nationwide delivery on all of our products is possible depending on the size of the order, so do not hesitate to ask for a quote where ever you are. You will be pleasantly surprised how competitive we can be. Monthly account facilities are given to regular users, making life easier for our Trade customers. We have two timber specialists and structural graders, so you can be sure of top quality product and expert advice. Webbs (Formerly known as H.J. Webb & Son) is made up of brothers Jez and Peter, founders John & Isobel and timber specialist Steve Davidson. We also have delivery drivers Andy Wilkins James Florey and Fiona Florey, along with sales experts Adam Durham ,Dean Skeates, Josh Satchell, Jason Hudson & Bob Pearce. In the office we have Tom Fullalove, Trudi Twitchen, Sarah Griffiths & Alex Gilbert-Lee. We also have our youngest and newest members of staff, Sam Caldicourt, Dan Shewry and Jack Kent

The whole team at WEBBS would like to wish our good friend and customer Sally-Ann Spence and other valued customers, along with the rest of the Hawkstone Farmers Choir the very best of luck for the Britain’s Got Talent Grand Final this Saturday, May 30th.

A 34 strong group of agricultural workers from across the UK, the choir have swapped their usual place out in the fields, for the prestigious Hammersmith Apollo, to carrying a powerful and important message for the British agricultural community.

Originally formed for a beer advertisement campaign, Hawkstone Farmers Choir quickly evolved into a vital support network, dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and su***de prevention, in an industry often defined by isolation and intense financial pressure.

The choir have pledged to donate a significant portion of the £250,000 grand to support mental health charities supporting the farming community if they are fortunate enough to win.

The judges have given the choir rave reviews:

Simon Cowell: "That was one of the most beautiful, incredible productions we've had on this show for years. I don't think it gets better than that".

KSI: "The whole of the UK knows how important each and every one of you is... that was one of the best choir acts I have ever heard in my life".

Amanda Holden: "This choir I know has given you solace, joy, comfort and friendship... and all of that has created the most amazing music".

Alesha Dixon: "Such genuine love and passion pouring out of every single one of you... it's infectious".

Sally-Ann Spence said: “it’s been an incredibly fantastic and emotional experience. I’ve had so many people from the farming community get in touch to say how they are struggling with the stresses and strains within the industry. It’s not just farmers either, it is many people within the rural community dealing with many things from loneliness to financial uncertainty. Every choir member knows someone who has taken their own life. We want to raise awareness and do what we can to help. This is why we are genuinely singing from our hearts.”

** WE ARE HIRING **

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to recruit a capable, full time Class 2 HGV driver (crane/hiab licence preferred but not essential) to join our friendly, professional team.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a rewards scheme and training to support them. Day work only, no nights away and all bank holiday Mondays off.

As part of our established family business, your primary role will be carrying out local and national deliveries for timber, fencing and building supplies.

At times, you will also assist the yard team in loading, serving customers and help to keep the yard tidy, so you will need a flexible, willing mindset.

WEBBS team would welcome a driver with the following qualities;

- Outstanding with customers.
- A hard-working, dependable team player.
- Trustworthy and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn and develop their skills to enable them to deliver to WEBBS high standards.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came along to our shop open day yesterday. It was great to be able to give so many of our trade and DIY customers an opportunity to meet with our expert suppliers directly - we trust you all found it helpful.
