Corners are usually the first place rubber seals let you down, even when everything else is spot on.

But how do we solve that problem?

Instead of cutting profiles and bonding them together, the corner is moulded as part of the seal itself. That creates a continuous, vulcanised joint with no glue lines and no weak points.

It’s a small change in process, but it makes a big difference to strength, sealing performance and long-term reliability, especially in transport, rail and industrial applications where failure isn’t an option.
