Surfacing a live edge epoxy river table.

The table top comes in to us with an excess of epoxy and an uneven surface. We remove just enough material from both sides to get the entire surface flat, level and smooth.

Then it goes back to the customer for hand sanding and finishing.

Arguably the hardest worker in the workshop... Our cyclone dust extractor runs alongside the CNC router collecting dust and wood chips.

This helps to keep the air free of airborne dust particles for a clean and safe working environment.

Today this workhorse was stripped down for routine maintenance. HEPA filter removed for a deep clean, auto-cleaning mechanism inspected and everything reassembled and tested.

End result, a noticeable improvement in performance bringing it back to factory spec.
