🚧 Precision Engineering 🚧

We were recently tasked with designing a bespoke lifting solution to safely remove a 3-tonne valve and install two replacements, one internally and one externally all from a pontoon platform.
This required a bespoke 8-metre-high gantry with a 5-tonne safe working load and an 8-metre span to reach across the reservoir tower. A complex challenge, but by working closely with our client, we developed and executed a safe, efficient, and effective solution, both valved are now commissioned and in use.
Great teamwork, innovative thinking, and specialist expertise made this possible! ✅

Our team was selected by Donbass, The Project Managers, www.donbass.co.uk by recommendation, to carefully remove timber bridge legs from 1987 as part of a Painshill Gardens development project. www.painshill.co.uk/the-restoration-of-the-chinese-bridge/
Working underwater, our divers used precision cutting techniques to ensure the existing foundations remained intact for the replacement structure.
Preserving both the history and natural beauty of this stunning site a Listed Structure in a Listed Landscape, was a privilege, and we’re proud to have played a role in its restoration.
