At Elite, one of our core values is Win Together - and we are delighted to see that spirit reflected both inside and outside the factory.

We would like to recognise two members of our Surface Mount Engineering team, Josh and Jamie, who recently represented the Portrush Pink Elks at the Copenhagen Bowl in Denmark, one of Europe's largest international flag football tournaments.

Bringing together 118 teams and more than 1,200 players from around the world, the event showcased the very best of international flag football.

Competing as part of the Portrush Pink Elks, Josh and Jamie demonstrated the same teamwork, commitment, and determination that they bring to Elite every day.

We believe success is built on people, and it is always great to see our colleagues pursuing their passions, developing new skills, and representing their teams on an international stage.

Congratulations to both on a fantastic achievement. 🏈

𝑪𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆.

As part of our carbon offsetting programme, we supported a project in Nigeria that replaces inefficient cookstoves with cleaner, more efficient alternatives - offsetting 115 tonnes of CO₂e.

For many households, traditional cooking methods rely on solid fuels and open fires, contributing to both emissions and high levels of indoor air pollution.

This initiative helps to address that by:

✔️ Reducing greenhouse gas emissions
✔️ Improving air quality within homes
✔️ Sporting better health outcomes for families
✔️ Expanding access to cleaner, more efficient energy

While the technology is simple, the impact is significant - particularly for communities where these challenges are part of everyday life.

AS9100 certification is a major milestone for our Enniskillen site - and one built by the people behind it.

To celebrate, we brought the team together for a BBQ at Elite to recognise the hard work, focus, and commitment involved across the business. 👏

A big thank you to local business J Hutton & Sons Butchers, Deli & Outside Catering for supplying the food and helping make the day a success.

Elite was proud to lace up in support of The FTD Brothers - Jordan Adams today, with Seán Maguire and Kevin Burns joining hundreds taking part in their incredible 33 marathons in 33 days challenge. 🏃🏃‍♂️

A fantastic effort raising awareness for Frontotemporal Dementia and a privilege to support their cause.
