Something a little different today - An engine display stand made up for ‘Jaguar Heritage’. ❄️

This 4.0 straight 6 is now off get fully cleaned up as well as the new stand powder coated.

Design criteria was to keep it super clean and simple, as we didn’t want any of its visual appearance to take your eyes away from the engine; the actual show piece that’s being displayed.

Pair of coolers made up for Aman’s MK2 - 1.8T

Entire task done a little different to how we usually do things here. Aman is pretty hands on and actually sourced the Garrett intercooler core prior to coming to us, he’s then got the core mounted on his end and measured for all the space available for the end tanks plus radiator to sit behind.

Thereafter, posted the Garrett core out to us, along with all the dimensions of space available and ideal configuration. From which we have then applied end tanks to suit including an internal hot side divider to better distribute the boost through the intercooler. Plus, a bespoke ICEFAB Radiator mounted to the back of the intercooler.

Radiator is Triple Pass, with AN16 inlet/outlet, An4 bleeder and an additional cold side water temp sensor for additional data to compare against hot side water temp. ❄️

3.5” Bespoke Intercooler made up to fit the completely standard Nissan S13 front. Built to be bolt in, with absolutely zero modifications to the orginal chassis.

Picks up on OEM fixings. Inlet and outlet positions to suit super easy boost pipe plumbing, as well as allows clearance to still run a front crash bar around the cooler.

Garrett core base to support upto 900bhp.

We already have this product jigged, CNC Cut files saved and cores in stock on the shelf ready to reproduce, post out and get fitted into your 180sx.

Probably the easiest it’s ever been to have a big front mount fitted in an S-body, ready to be piped up to all engine configurations. ❄️
