A already part constructed cooler pack sent in to us from One day Motorsport’s Track M2 build.

Palletised and sent over after a quick conversation regard ICEFAB applying a Custom Radiator and lower mount DCT oil cooler to the already part constructed Intercooler and engine oil cooler setup.

We’ve made up a triple core, triple pass bespoke radiator with a sealed removable rear fan shroud to integrate behind the Intercooler. Along with mounting a high performance MAHLE oil cooler below to cool the DCT system.

Alls we needed was a few photos of the car with the cooler package installed along with some dimensions of the space constraints.

One day motorsport already have stock of a 14” SPAL fan ready to apply, so we have pre cut the shroud to suit. ❄️

Pair of Scania Truck Bulbar mounts sent in to us to lower the fixing position by 50mm.

These brackets are intended for the taller cab and brackets for this bulbar type unfortunately don’t exist for the short cab.

We’ve manage to get away by just moving the mounting holes against fully re-making the entire brackets making for a speedy in and out service. ❄️

Work complete on Gary’s Turbo Type R.

Come into ICEFAB needing a new Bespoke radiator and oil cooler setup to integrate to its current turbo conversion.

- Single motorsports core
- fully rubber isolated
- SPAL 12” Fan
- fits standard Honda plumbing
- filler neck in the factory location
- Setrab pro-line Oil cooler
- Oil cooler utilising the original oil lines

Water system bleed, heat cycled and road tested.

Monster M3 radiator setup built up for Sam’s Turbo M50 e36.

Essentially our repeat M3 radiator kit however a small alteration as Sam’s car has top mount turbo with the turbo outlet facing in-board to the centre line of the car, with a hot side boost pipe sandwiching between the front of the engine and the radiator. Making it very tight.

Our typical flat mounted 16” fan which comes on these kits combined with much deeper triple core radiator wouldn’t allow for clearance for the existing turbo clocking plus pipework.

So this design has been altered to suit a flush mounted 14” slim fan, offset to gain more clearance.

The rest of the spec is the usual:
- Triple motorsports core
- Triple water pass configuration
- Fittings to suit OEM water plumbing

The largest front mount radiator kit available for e36/e46 chassis fitment. ❄️
