This isn’t the announcement we ever imagined making, but life sometimes takes us down unexpected paths. After 13 wonderful years, Randall’s Candles will be closing its doors. What began as a family-run passion project grew into something far greater than we could have dreamed. It wasn’t just a business; it was a labour of love, a place where our family grew to include so many of you—our loyal customers and dedicated team members.

Together, we created a community built on warmth, creativity, and shared joy. We’ve celebrated milestones, weathered challenges, and cherished every moment of this journey. While the past few years have been tough, and rising costs have made it impossible to continue, we leave with hearts full of gratitude for the memories we’ve made and the connections we’ve built.

To our customers—some of whom have been with us since the very beginning—thank you for trusting us to bring a little light into your lives. To our Randall’s family, past and present, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the love you poured into this business. You’ve made this journey unforgettable.

As we say goodbye, we hope these final weeks of trading will help you stock up on your favourites at unbeatable prices. It’s our way of giving back to the community that has given us so much.

Though this chapter is ending, the memories and friendships we’ve built will remain forever in our hearts. Thank you for an incredible 13 years.
