We’re proud to support a great group of lads from JKR Contractors who have signed up to take part in the upcoming Duthie Park 5K & 10K challenge in aid of Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH). 💙🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️.

The boys have even started getting the miles in on their lunch breaks to get themselves ready for the challenge 👏💪🔥 Great effort from everyone involved and all for a fantastic cause!

Mental health awareness and support is something that affects so many people, and we’re delighted to see the team getting behind such an important cause👏🧠💪 Every donation, no matter the size, will help SAMH continue providing vital support and services across Scotland.

It’s great to see steady progress being made on the new Peterhead Community Campus.

JKR Contractors are pleased to be supporting the earthworks and groundworks package alongside Robertson Construction, and it’s encouraging to see the site developing so quickly at this early stage.

This is an important project for Peterhead, and we’re proud to be playing a part in its delivery as it moves forward.

What a fantastic couple of events we’ve had recently! 🙌

The team at JKR Contractors were delighted to attend the Careers Fair at North East Scotland College’s Fraserburgh Campus on 3rd March, as well as the Careers Fair at Altens Campus on 17th March 📅

It was great to see such a strong turnout at both events, and we really appreciated all the positive feedback from those who came over to speak with us about the construction industry 👷‍♂️✨ At times, we were inundated with interest — which was brilliant to see! It’s encouraging to know there are so many enthusiastic young people considering a future in construction 🏗️

We also heard some excellent feedback about the courses and facilities available at NESCOL. The campuses are a real asset to the local area and play an important role in supporting the future of the construction industry 👏

And a big shoutout to the catering teams at both campuses for keeping everyone going throughout the day — it certainly didn’t go unnoticed! 🥪😊

We’re pleased to be attending the upcoming Careers Fair at North East Scotland College’s Fraserburgh Campus as part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 🔧🌟

The team from JKR Contractors will be there on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 from 12–3.30pm 📅, where we’ll be happy to chat about career opportunities, apprenticeships, and what it’s like to work in the industry 👷‍♂️

We’ll also be attending the “Trade, Learn, Earn” twilight session from 5–7pm 🕔
