From these early days to where we are now, the industry has changed massively — and so have we.

We’ve adapted over the years — as the trade has changed, so have we. Keeping up with how things are done today, through digital ways of working and building a more modern, self‑sustainable business that’s mindful of our environmental impact on the community.

But through all of that, the one thing that hasn’t changed is what we stand for.
We’re still built on supporting our customers, backing our community, and putting something back.

We’ve never been big on traditional advertising — instead, we’d rather invest that into the people around us. That means supporting local teams, backing young athletes, and working with charities close to home.

These are a couple of the older photos we’ve got in the office — but we know there’s more history out there.

We have just completed the FAKRO certified installer training course held at The Roofing and Building Supply Company Ltd yard today.
We look forward to installing FAKRO pitched roof lights, flat roof lights, flat roof lantern’s, walk on flat roof windows and roof light tunnels.

Great to host a CPD afternoon on Monday at our Edinburgh depot in partnership with SSQ Natural Slate 👌

SSQ delivered three consecutive RIBA-approved CPDs in one session – a first for many involved – and it was fantastic to see such strong engagement from the architectural practices who attended.
Feedback from Alex and the SSQ team was really positive, with great interaction throughout and encouraging discussions around future projects they’d like us involved in.

Big thanks to Alex Grant at SSQ for delivering the sessions, and to everyone who came along.
Always good to support events that bring suppliers and architects together — looking forward to the next one.
