The Details
Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: 17-19 Birches Industrial Estate, East Grinstead, RH19 1XZ
Salary: Up to £31,500
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
Mon–Thu: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm
Fri: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
The Role
You will be a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring our precision products reach customers accurately and on time. Your goal is "right first time" to maintain our high standards of stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with speed and precision.
Inventory Care: Assisting with stock takes and ensuring correct storage.
Quality Control: Checking incoming goods against delivery notes.
Efficiency: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Driving: Occasional driving duties to support business needs.
The Ideal Candidate

Attitude: Service-driven with a proactive, "can-do" approach.
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Physicality: Capable of handling a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous warehouse/logistics experience or a Forklift Licence is a plus (but not essential).
Requirement: Must have valid UK work authorisation.
