JMSN Fabrication Ltd are hiring!

With the installation of our new, second CNC plasma, we are looking to take on an enthusiastic person to join our CNC Plasma/Yard team.

Initially you will be performing general labouring duties, but over time you will be trained on the following;
Operating our CNC Plasma cutting table
Unloading/loading lorries and moving steel around our workshop by use of forklift, sideloader and overhead crane.
Drilling holes by use of magnetic based drill
Cutting steel to length by use of band/chop saw.
Abrasive wheels
Previous forklift experience would be preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Hourly rate dependant on experience.
4 day working week (4 x 10)
Weekly attendance bonus.
Overtime available. Over 40 hours @ time and a half.
225 hours annual holiday, increasing with length of service.

Following yesterdays sneak peak. Some pictures and information of our latest investment!

We have invested in a Morgan Rushworth 10m long by 2m wide plasma table paired with an XPR300 hypertherm plasma system.

This new machine sits along side our current 4m x 2m esprit machine with its HPR260.

With the installation of this new, larger, more powerful machine along side our current machine we have now greatly increased our profiling capacity.

With nearly 100t of plate in stock from 5mm to 40mm we will now be pushing profile sales aswell as our usual sub contract fabrication services.

We have availability to produce plate fittings on our cnc plasma machine. We can cut sheet sizes upto 4m x 2m. We hold a large stock of 6mm upto 25mm in both grades 275 and 355.
