Another fantastic installation completed by the Opus CNC team — and this one is a serious piece of kit!

Our Lumi 1530 ULTRA 6kW Fibre Laser Cutter has now been fully installed and commissioned for our customer in Birmingham, with comprehensive operator training completed to get their team ready for production.

Our customer specialises in aluminium profile cutting, metal fabrication, assembly projects and bespoke engineering, producing everything from precision-cut components to complex fabricated assemblies.

With 6kW of cutting power, a fully enclosed design, integrated camera system and automatic exchange tables, this Lumi 1530 ULTRA is built to handle demanding metal cutting applications while helping maximise productivity and minimise downtime.

The automatic exchange tables allow material to be loaded and unloaded while cutting continues, helping keep production moving in a busy manufacturing environment.

It's fantastic to see another British manufacturer investing in powerful, modern laser cutting technology — and we're proud to have supplied and installed it right in the heart of the West Midlands!

This Pegasus 2030 ATC CNC Router has now been fully installed and commissioned for our customer near Uxbridge, with comprehensive operator training completed to help their team get the most from their new machine.

Our customer is a family-run business specialising in premium bespoke joinery, cabinetry and fitted furniture, creating beautiful, made-to-measure interiors for both residential and commercial projects.

From luxury home offices and bespoke furniture to architectural joinery and fitted cabinetry, their work demands precision, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.

With its powerful 9kW HSD spindle, 12-position automatic tool changer and generous working area, the Pegasus 2030 ATC is a fantastic addition to their workshop, helping streamline production while maintaining the high standards their customers expect.

The second machine heading out from Opus CNC today is this high-spec Lumi 1530 ULTRA Fibre Laser Cutter, making its way to a fabrication company in Birmingham.

Supplied with 6kW power, a fully enclosed design, camera system and exchange tables, this machine is built for serious metal cutting performance and efficient production.

Our customer works across aluminium profile cutting, assembly projects, laser cutting, pressed metal and bespoke fabrication, supporting a wide range of metalwork requirements from accurate cut-to-length profiles to folded, welded and custom-fabricated components.

Their team works across show-stopping events, retail displays and immersive brand experiences, supporting projects from design right through to installation. With capabilities including CNC work, graphics production, metal and plastic fabrication, poly-carving, resin casting and more, they’re involved in some seriously creative and technical projects.

The Oculus 1325 Flatbed Laser Cutter is now installed and ready to support their workshop with even more flexibility for cutting, engraving and production work.

This machine was also supplied complete with light barriers and stands as part of the package.
