Not your standard metal fabricator:

Adding to the list of slightly different work over the last few weeks are this set of mountain bike wheels. As a keen mountain biker myself I quite enjoy ‘tinkering’ with bikes and bike parts so it only makes sense to incorporate it into my work when I can.

Another job for Liam Mudie who came to me with an old set of wheels that he wanted to salvage the hubs from and build them onto new rims with new stainless spokes, cushcore inserts, tyres and brake rotors. And they turned out lovely!

I’m always keen to take on work like this so give me a shout with any enquiries. Just because it doesn’t involve welding doesn’t mean I don’t do it.

In July 2027 I’ll be taking on the Lakeland 50 ultra marathon, 50 miles across the Lake District from dalemain to coniston, just because I like to torture myself😂. All money raised will go to EPIC KIDZ (the official charity sponsor of the event) and help get kids into sports and the outdoors, something that means the world to me. So any donations no matter how big or small would be massively appreciated.
