Another successful bespoke warewashing installation completed for Fit N Fresh Protein Bars, Luton.

We were recently approached to provide a quotation for a fully bespoke warewashing setup for their new larger premises.

Following a detailed site survey and consultation with the client to understand their operational requirements and workflow, we designed a complete tailored solution to meet their needs.

Our proposal included full-scale drawings, layout illustrations and a bespoke design package featuring:

• Classeq passthrough dishwasher
• Bespoke inlet sink unit with Slim Jim bin recess
• Basket runner system and undershelves for added storage.
• Sink bowl with Mechline Aquajet pre-rinse system and bowl filling faucet
• European WaterCare external automatic cold feed water softener
• Bespoke outlet clean table
• Purpose-profiled fabrication designed specifically around the Classeq machine.

Following approval, we returned to site to liaise closely with the electrical and plumbing contractors to ensure all services were correctly positioned and ready for a seamless installation. Once completed, our team returned to supply, install and commission the full system.

Another fantastic bespoke kitchen project completed by CaterCare Catering Equipment Ltd..

We were incredibly excited to be chosen to design, supply and install the brand new commercial kitchen for the recently opened Old Town Bistro in Beaconsfield.

Working within an older building came with its own unique challenges, including awkward wall angles and the requirement to incorporate a large amount of existing equipment into the new layout. After providing a preliminary design and layout plan, we worked closely with the customer to create a fully bespoke kitchen perfectly tailored to both the space and the operational needs of the business.

This exciting project included equipment from leading brands including Blueseal, Lincat, Parry, Maidaid Halcyon, Tefcold, Mechline, European WaterCare and Manitowoc, alongside a large amount of custom fabricated stainless steel furniture.

The installation featured:

Bespoke prep and hand wash sink units.
Custom cutlery drawer systems profiled to suit Blueseal equipment.
Bespoke hot cupboard with heated gantry.
Bespoke preparation benches with ambient gantries and fridge recesses.
Custom salamander grill bench system.
Fully equipped warewashing area with Maidaid passthrough dishwasher.
Aquajet pre-rinse system & automatic water softener.
Bespoke clean and dirty table systems. Bespoke shelving throughout.
Installation of cooking equipment, refrigeration, ice machine and existing Rational combi oven.

Another successful bespoke install completed.

After being informed by our customer that they were struggling with preparation space due to increased business, we designed and supplied a fully bespoke stainless steel bench unit complete with a two-tier ambient gantry and recessed under section to maximise both workspace and storage.

As part of the project, we also supplied:
• 2x undercounter fridges
• 1x undercounter freezer
• A second two-tier ambient gantry fitted to an existing bench

The result is a practical, space-efficient preparation area tailored perfectly to the customer’s kitchen requirements.

Recent warewashing Installation:
We were recently asked to replace an outdated and faulty passthrough dishwasher at one of the Simmons Bakers sites we support.

The Challenge:
Limited space, existing pipework, and an ageing machine that needed upgrading.
