Cowal has grown by bringing together established local businesses and teams. You may know names such as John Camerons, Catherwood, Reddance, JKM and Neilson’s. Going forward, you will see more of one clear Cowal identity across our depots, fleet and communications.

📢 **Dunoon Depot Closure**

Our Dunoon Depot will be closed on Saturday 29th August, allowing our staff to enjoy the Cowal Highland Gathering.

We will reopen as normal on Monday 31st August at 7:30am.

You may already know our depots, our people or some of the businesses that have joined the Cowal family. Now we are bringing that experience together under one stronger Cowal brand.

We are still the same independent, family run builders merchant. The same local teams. The same focus on knowledgeable advice, strong depot stock and customer service. On 29 August, our very own Jim MacDonald will be competing in Calum’s Cabin Does Strictly Come Dancing in Glasgow, raising vital funds for families affected by cancer and other serious illnesses.

Jim’s been putting in the practice and is almost halfway to his fundraising target. Every donation, big or small, can help make a difference. 💙
