Take a look inside PLP Tyre Recycling in Crossmaglen, County Armagh, where two Gradeall MKII Tyre Balers and our inclined tyre baler conveyor are handling large volumes of waste tyres every day.

One of the toughest jobs in tyre recycling: foam-filled OTR tyres on bonded steel rims.

This new upgrade kit uses large external rollers to roll the tyre true while the blade makes two precise cuts, peeling the tread like a lathe.
The foam core is then removed by forklift, and the sidewalls are hydraulically pushed from the rim.
