🚨 Interested in a career in welding? 🚨
South West College is hosting an Information & Enrolment Session for the upcoming DFE Assured Skills Welding Academy at our Kilcronagh Welding Facility, Cookstown.

📅 Tuesday 4 August
🕙 10:00am – 1:00pm
Drop in to:
✅ Get help completing your Academy application
✅ Learn about the 6-week intensive training programme (7 September – 16 October 2026)
✅ Find out about the industry-recognised welding qualifications you'll gain
✅ Meet our team and learn about the supporting employers offering guaranteed interviews on successful completion
✅ Ask any questions about the course, training allowance (£185 per week), travel and childcare support

The Academy is delivered through the Department for the Economy's Assured Skills Programme and is designed to prepare participants for careers in the engineering and manufacturing sector.

Office Administrator (26 Hours per Week)

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. Experience with Xero software is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Accounts receivable and accounts payable

Managing Payroll

Processing purchase orders

Managing phone calls

General office administration duties

This is a 26-hour per week position.
