We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing, UK payroll legislation, pensions, and payroll compliance. Experience with US payroll and Sage Payroll would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process weekly and monthly payrolls
✅ Manage pensions and statutory payments
✅ Ensure compliance with HMRC and US payroll regulations
✅ Prepare payroll reports and year-end activities
✅ Support payroll audits and continuous process improvements
What we're looking for:
✔ Previous payroll experience with end-to-end responsibility
✔ Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Sage Payroll experience
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
