Week 2 of 6 – 60 Point Rotary Installation Update

As Week 2 comes to an end, this is what the install team have been working on-
✅ Bridge partially removed to allow for extension
✅ Platform base completed & Rebar now being tied as we prepare for the concrete pour, scheduled to begin at the start of Week 3.
✅ BouMatic equipment installation continues with the vacuum room complete and the washroom & dairy now well underway.

Excellent progress so far, with the project continuing to move forward steadily and efficiently.

📈 Real results from a busy dairy farm!

This 330-cow herd is milked 3 times a day and, until recently, teat preparation consisted of a simple spray-and-wipe routine.
At the end of March, the farm installed a FutureCow Pro 2x system with one Teatscrubber, giving them the flexibility to add a second scrubber in the future if required.

Within a few months, they're already seeing measurable improvements:
✅ TBC reduced by more than half from around 20 to less than 10
✅ SCC reduced from 120,000 to 90,000

For farms milking large numbers of cows multiple times a day, consistent teat preparation is critical. These results show how automated teat cleaning can help improve milk quality while supporting udder health and milking efficiency.

Day 4 - Installing a 60 stall rotary in 6 weeks.

While the install team is absolutely flat out at the minute, we’re still making sure our existing customers are looked after too 👌

Regular deliveries, servicing, maintenance work — it all keeps moving alongside the new installs.

Scott called in recently to ensure things are still running smoothly with one customer who had a cluster upgrade carried out 2 years ago. Before the upgrade, they had struggled with constant liner slips and fall offs, causing frustration and lost time in the parlour.
Since switching to the FloStar Xtreme clusters alongside the Flex 40 Vented liners, those issues have been completely eradicated 🙌

It’s great to see equipment continuing to perform exactly as it should years down the line, helping make milking smoother, more efficient, and stress free for our customers.
