We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Apprentices – Lorcan, James, Cohen, Josh, Anthony, Connor and Ross! 👏
Alongside their academic studies, it is vitally important that our Apprentices gain real-world industry skills and knowledge. That is why our entire cohort is involved in live projects, including Dundonald Ice Bowl, QUB iReach, Strule Shared Campus (Omagh High School), as well as a number of exciting upcoming projects.
Our two Quantity Surveyor students will be working alongside our QS department and experienced team, gaining valuable practical skills and industry knowledge while continuing their studies. 🧑🎓

NUGENT is enthusiastic about welcoming Mechanical and Electrical sector Apprentices to our growing team. An Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to study and learn on the job while developing a broad range of industry knowledge and practical skills. Apprentices commit to their college training alongside the demands of their day-to-day role on site. 🧰 💡
Each Apprentice is allocated a dedicated Site Supervisor who acts as their on-site mentor, providing guidance, support and training throughout their Apprenticeship programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, Apprentices are offered the opportunity to progress into full-time employment with NUGENT.
