A fully kitted-out 20 x 8 conversion completed by TWU Solutions 💪

This unit is built for security and practicality, fitted with PVC tilt & turn windows, anti-vandal shutters, anti-vandal doors, and a 12-point locking system for maximum protection.
Inside, the layout includes a canteen with kitchen, two internal stores, plus two external stores for extra space.

We also added an external recirculating chemical toilet complete with a wash basin, making this a fully self-contained setup.

Another solid build completed by TWU Solutions 👊

This 20 x 8 open-plan office features an anti-vandal door, anti-vandal double-glazed tilt & turn windows, and a full PVC exterior finish.

Inside, we fitted 40mm insulation, white veneer plasterboard, vinyl flooring, and completed the unit with a fresh paint finish exactly to the client’s spec.

Another quality install by TWU Solutions 👊

This unit is a combination of a 20x10 cabin and a 4x4 toilet, delivered on-site to a very happy customer.

The larger cabin features a kitchenette, two stores, and a canteen area, finished with white veneer plasterboard, 40mm insulation, vinyl flooring, and a full paint job exactly to the client’s specification.

All electrics installed and low-energy efficient as standard.

Another premium build delivered by TWU Welfare Solutions 👷‍♂️✨

This 45 x 12 ft cabin was designed exactly to our client’s specifications.

It has been complete with 70 mm Kingspan insulated flooring, jack legs, and full all round insulation for comfort and efficiency.

Inside, the space is smartly divided into two 10 x 8 ft offices and a 10 x 12 ft meeting room, all separated by sleek glass partitions. Each room is finished with white veneer plasterboard, 40 mm insulation, and professionally painted to perfection 🎨

A fully equipped bathroom/kitchen and a central hallway tie everything together, creating a bright, functional workspace that our client was delighted to receive on site last week.
