Custom 2mm aluminium pitbike oil catch tray attachment.

From the drawing and plate laser cutting the part and BE Racing logo, to folding, rolling and welding, the whole thing was done in-house.

A small addition to finish the bike off nicely. 🏁

🏑 🚚 Away for delivery 🚚🏑

2 large and 3 small galvanised hockey goals, all fabricated in-house by our team at Burrows Engineering.

From cutting the box section and pipe on our tube laser, to bending, welding, fitting the backboards and adding the wheels, every stage was carried out in-house from start to finish.

Another job completed and ready to go! 🔧

Made in-house. 🔧⚡️

A bit of our own tooling work here at Burrows Engineering.

We designed and manufactured this custom tooling from drawing to cutting specifically for our press brake, allowing us to fold parts with this type of radius quicker, easier and more consistently.

It saves a good bit of setup time, speeds up production and helps keep every part spot on.

Just another example of making our equipment work smarter and finding ways to improve the process. 👌

Another job through our in-house plate laser, cutting 3mm galvanised mild steel sheet. This part was cut with scribe lines for folding, along with all the mounting holes cut. Another job completed in-house by the Burrows Engineering team.

⚡️In-house Tube Laser Cutting⚡️

A look at some of the work going through our 6kW tube laser.

With a 9 metre feed length, 6 metre output length and the ability to cut material up to 300mm diameter, we can handle a large range of tube and section sizes.

We can cut box section, angle, channel and pipe in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Another part of our in-house capability, helping us take projects from raw material through to finished components.

Burrows Engineering is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Mild Steel Fitters / Fabricators to join our team.

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience required
🔧 Work on a variety of projects from start to finish
🛠️ Workshop-based with diverse fabrication work
🕗 Monday–Thursday: 8am–5pm
🎉 Early finish Friday at 2pm
