⚠️Hire Controller – Oakbank Plant Hire Ltd⚠️
Oakbank Plant Hire Ltd, is looking for a motivated and organised Hire Controller to join our dynamic team.
About the Role-
As a Hire Controller, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers hiring our wide range of plant and equipment. You’ll manage enquiries, coordinate hires, and ensure our clients receive excellent service from start to finish.
You’ll also be responsible for managing stock levels and equipment availability, ensuring all hires are fulfilled efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities-
•Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
•Process hire quotations, reservations, and contracts
•Schedule deliveries, collections, and exchanges of equipment
• Monitor and manage stock and equipment availability
•Liaise with plant operators, engineers, and the admin team to ensure smooth operations
•Maintain accurate records and hire system data
•Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
About You-
•Previous experience in plant hire, construction, or equipment hire preferred
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Strong organisational and multitasking abilities •Confident using hire management systems and Microsoft Office
•Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
