Ooopsie!! We've been a wee bit laid back recruiting for this position as we've been travelling for the past 2 months meaning we've been unable to conduct interviews. We will be back in the UK and hoping to commence interviews from 20th October onwards. If you're chasing the high end £££'s then you're maybe better suited working for a big corporate company and working shifts/weekends. This role is perfectly suited for someone who is more interested in a work-life balance with every weekend off and every second weekend being a long weekend due to the 4 day shift pattern allowing for some 'you time' to go to the gym, play golf or whatever you're into while the kids are at school! We offer a competitive rate of pay, a nicely wrapped Ford Transit (with only a few minor scratches) to cruise about in from site to site and most of all, a cracking team of people to work alongside! Fabricator wanted for immediate start. All styles of fabrication undertaken, however we predominantly TIG weld.
Ideal candidate would have the ability to carry out bench fitting and have a 'can do' attitude as the majority of our projects are bespoke to customers and one-off's.
Working 37 hours per week over 4 days on a rolling shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5.15pm then Tuesday - Friday 7.30am - 5.15pm, meaning every second weekend is a long weekend! Overtime opportunities also available. Salary is negotiable depending on ability/experience and company vehicle is available for the successful candidate.
UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 Penalty Points is essential.
