Know your way around electronics inspection? 🔍

We have an opportunity for a 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗣𝗖𝗕) to join our production team in Dorchester!

Working across visual inspection and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), you’ll be checking PCB assemblies against IPC-A-610 requirements, as well as programming AOI equipment using engineering data.

If you have experience in electronics inspection, a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high quality standards, we’d like to hear from you.

𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚: we're on the lookout for a Quality Inspector (PCB) to join our team.

📍 Dorchester
⏰ 39 hours per week: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am -5:15pm

The role involves working in a fast-moving production environment, inspecting PCB assemblies to IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), both visually and using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), as well as programming the AOI from engineering data.

The bank holiday is done and dusted, and the team are straight back to doing what they do best. 👌

You can find us rapidly prototyping PCBs, carrying out box builds, cable assemblies and full system builds, supporting customers from initial concept right through to finished product.

There’s plenty moving through production this week, and we’re ready for a busy one!

Box builds often involve much more than final assembly. They can include multiple PCBs, cable assemblies, hardware integration and functional testing, all brought together into one finished product.

Hidden defects don't stay hidden for long. 👀

Our Scienscope Xspection 3000 allows us to inspect solder joints beneath components like BGAs and QFNs, helping identify defects before products move further through production.
