We had another Fiat motorhome in recently with an odd back end… This one had a tailgate on the rear where barn doors would normally be. This made installing a reversing camera a challenge but one that paid off with a great image for the customer.

On this one the customer requested an upgrade on the radio, dashcam and a reversing camera.

The customer had the KENWOOD UK Car Entertainment Kenwood DMX5023DAB with the F790 dash cam.

A Ford main dealer got in contact with us recently who needed a reversing camera installed onto a 2025 Ford Focus.

With this we were able to use the factory camera input and code the vehicles SYNC4 modual for a reversing camera. The results say it all, great camera picture with the factory parking sensor overlay!

This was an interesting vehicle we had in recently, this is a Fiat Ducato motorhome that has a tow bar installed.

The tricky part was that the rear of the vehicle has been sealed up with an access compartment at the bottom which meant that the bumper couldn’t come off. This would generally be removed for the tow bar installation but we managed to get it done with out.

It’s a good thing that we were able to as the customer was turned away form other tow bar companies who said it wasn’t possible. 🤔

It had a fixed fl**ge Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd tow bar with 7 pin vehicle specific electrics.

We’ve recently completed this installation of a reversing camera system for this 2025 Ford Focus Estate.

We were able to code the vehicles SYNC 4 module to utilise the factory reversing camera input which also allows for the factory view of the parking sensor overlay.

We are recruiting for a Installation Technician who can work on their own initiative, part of a team or under direction in a workshop environment.

Whilst working to deadline pressures they would need the ability to problem solve, carry out installations and diagnose potential solutions to benefit the customer or improve the final installation or project.

If the applicant has experience in the following areas, it would be an advantage but on the job training would be given.

* Car audio installations
* Vehicle security
* Tow bar installations
* Dash cams and commercial camera systems
* Vehicle electrical fault diagnosis
* Woodwork fabrication
* Interior trimming
* Vehicle panel removal and refitting
* Pre & Post vehicle checks

Applicant with experience are preferred in the following areas which would be of an advantage but are by no means essential.

This imported Volvo XC60 came in for a radio upgrade. Unfortunately when importing some cars things trend to be a bit different to the UK version, like the radio bandwidth. Radio 4 and CD was a must for this customer so we installed the Pioneer Car UK AVH-Z3200DAB.

Unlike many units today where they don’t have a CD/DVD, this one does. Not only that it also has wired AppleCarPlay, FM/DAB radio, USB, DAB Digital Radio, Bluetooth HF/Audio and multi colour illumination.

We also added an infotainment adapter which allows the factory parking sensor info to be displayed on the Pioneer screen along with any vehicle settings you could once control with the old system.
