Testing a Vegetable Pre Soak Immersion Tank at our Haith Factory!💧

A gentle, efficient and extremely effective solution to remove excess soil and debris from crop prior to further washing.

💧 Crop is gently transferred into an air agitated bath
💧 Micro bubbles delicately soften and remove soil from the crop
💧 The air agitation system creates a whirlpool bath effect, causing crop to gently rub against each other
💧 Crop exits clean and ready for further processing

Here at Haith Group, we're proud to celebrate the achievements of our team, and this one is no exception.

Marta Kierzek joined us in October 2025 as a Senior Buyer, strengthening our procurement team with robust processes and a keen eye for quality. Just six months later, she's been promoted to Procurement Manager, an outstanding achievement in such a short time.

In her new role, Marta will lead our procurement operations, driving efficiency across logistics and the supply chain while continuing to deliver the cost savings and performance improvements that made her stand out from day one.

We're excited to see what's next, congratulations Marta, and well deserved! 👏

With fabrication complete, our Barrel Washer enters its final stage - where laser-cut stainless steel components, heavy-duty drive systems, and precision-engineered sections come together to form a complete, high-performance machine.

From fully pintle-lined barrels and integrated spray bars to dewatering sections and HMI controls, every part is carefully fitted to maximise wash quality, efficiency, and longevity. External bearings are positioned for easier maintenance, while discharge systems are precision-engineered for reliable crop flow. Every machine is fully assembled and tested before it leaves our factory.

The result? A robust, high-capacity washing system trusted worldwide for handling potatoes, carrots, parsnips, beetroot, and more - protecting crop quality through gentle handling and intelligent water management.
